Ballet Extension

Want to try ballet for the first time? Were you a dancer in the past and want to do it again? Want to increase flexibility and strengthen your arms, legs and core? This class is for you!
Barre and center work will be combined to give a great ballet workout in a relaxed environment. This ballet class is open to all levels of experience.

Note that this is an extension class running after the main Fall 2026 Ballet class which ends on November 3rd.  All students are welcome, students who took the main Fall 2026 class and brand new students.  We'd love to have you!

About the instructor:  Maura Hahnenberger has been teaching adult ballet for over 15 years and dancing in many forms all her life. In her day job Maura is a professor of Atmospheric Sciences.  She once recruited friends to play dust, wind, and rain to Dance Your PhD at the Great Salt Lake.
