Description

A fun 2 hr workshop creating multiple small painted- paper collages centered on winter/holiday themes.

We will discuss various approaches to collage including templates and patterns.  Use images provided or bring your own. Working small (5x7 and 4x6) provides the opportunity to work in a series or experiment with several ideas. Participants will choose 2  pieces to be matted and ready for framing

About the instructor:  Dea Ann Cate is a mixed media and collage artist working primarily with hand-painted papers.
