Students will create their own beautiful ornaments out of glass! We'll take it up a notch this time and go for the full holiday theme - think trees, stockings, snowmen and candy canes! We will have a demonstration of basic glass cutting and assembly techniques, and hands-on instruction.
Most students will complete 3-4 ornaments during class time. Completed projects will be kiln-fired by the instructor and available for pick up at the learning center.
About the instructor: Stephanie Sharp is a local glass artist and lifelong crafter. It was when she cut her first piece of glass that she found her passion in art! Her glass art has been shown at Red Butte Garden, The Loge Gallery, and the Pilar Pobil Celebration Gallery. Her work can currently be viewed at the Urban Arts Gallery in Salt Lake City.

Participants must be 18 years to 120 years old when the program starts.
