An exploration of photography covering basic camera use, composition, editing, and printing. Suggested for Beginner and Intermediate Photographers
About the instructor: Andrew McLellan is a fine art photographer based in Utah, whose work explores the quiet intersection of wilderness, light, and time. Through sweeping landscapes and intimate wildlife portraits, he creates images that invite viewers into moments few are fortunate enough to witness.
Defined by a cinematic sensibility, his photographs are carefully composed, richly atmospheric, and deeply immersive. Each piece is intended not simply to document the natural world but to evoke the profound experience of encountering it in its most pristine state.
A lifelong outdoorsman, Andrew has spent thousands of hours traversing remote landscapes throughout the American West. His connection to these places extends beyond photography, rooted in stewardship, conservation, and a profound respect for the wild, natural world.
