AI is everywhere, but knowing where to start is another matter. What do the different tools do? What could you actually use them for? And how do you know what to trust? If you’re curious but haven’t tried AI, or have experimented a little and want some guidance, this class is for you.
Across four hands-on sessions, you’ll explore tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude and practice using them for everyday tasks like writing, organizing, searching, and creating images. Short demonstrations, guided practice, and time to ask questions will help you get comfortable and discover what’s useful to you.
You’ll also learn how to check AI-generated information, recognize potential scams and misleading content, and protect your privacy. Bring your own device and your questions. No technical background or previous AI experience needed.
