Discover how a little support can change the way you move and stretch. Using an aerial hammock, you’ll explore suspended stretches and supported upside-down positions that let gravity assist your movement. It’s a different way to work on flexibility, engage your muscles, and release tension.
Designed for beginners, this class introduces each movement step by step, giving you time to get comfortable with the hammock and build confidence along the way. Come unwind and discover what it feels like to let the hammock hold you. No aerial or yoga experience is needed.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, such as yoga pants and a fitted top. Layers are helpful, and bare feet or grippy socks work well.
