Bullet journaling is a way to structure plans to help neurodivergent brains stay organized. Over the years it has morphed into a flexible system that can be used as a creative outlet or just for practical use of staying organized. The idea behind it is that you start with a blank notebook and combine your calendar, to do list and journal into a flexible document that adjusts for how your brain works best.
About your instructor: Hi! I'm Kate Hickam and I am a native Salt Laker who recently went from full time teacher and side hustler to part time jack of all trades. I am a substitute teacher, event worker and tour guide as well as hobby enthusiast. My favorite creative outlet is my bullet journal which allows me to channel most my creative pursuits into one spot.
