You can’t control the chaos of life, but you can change how you meet it. Kundalini Yoga helps create greater alignment within yourself so you can move through life’s constant demands, changes, and uncertainty with more steadiness, clarity, and resilience. Through movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep relaxation, you’ll practice returning your body and mind to a more grounded state and build your capacity to respond to whatever life brings with greater flexibility.
Kundalini Yoga can be especially powerful in a class setting because you don’t have to create that steadiness entirely on your own. As the class breathes, moves, chants, and settles together, the shared rhythm supports co-regulation, the way our nervous systems can help one another find greater steadiness. Each person can draw strength from the group, and the strength each student brings becomes part of the strength of the whole.
You’ll leave with practices you can return to when you feel depleted, disconnected, or simply want to feel more present in your life. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, and the practices can be adapted for different ages, fitness levels, and physical abilities.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and either a hoodie or a blanket.
